Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to the MSNANO.
- Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the conference are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fee.
- Registrations cancelled between 60 and 90 days before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Registrations cancelled less than 60 days before the conference are not eligible for a refund.
- Hotel reservations cancelled less than 60 days before the conference are non-refundable.
- Administrative, service, bank, and transaction charges related to refunds will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Discounted or promotional registration fees are non-refundable and will automatically be transferred to a future MSNANO conference.
- All approved refunds will be processed after the conference.
Personal Reasons
MSNANO is unable to provide refunds or compensation if a participant is unable to attend due to personal circumstances, including but not limited to travel disruptions, visa issues, medical conditions, financial difficulties, or other personal reasons.
Attendee Replacement
If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute attendee may be nominated up to 30 days before the conference.
The substitute must have a professional or academic background relevant to the conference theme and, where applicable, meet the participation requirements. All substitutions require prior approval from the MSNANO Organizing Committee. Requests must be submitted promptly by email to the MSNANO Secretariat.
Force Majeure
MSNANO shall not be liable for any delay, modification, cancellation, or inability to hold the conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, epidemics, power failures, or any other unforeseen event beyond the organizers’ control.
Conference Cancellation or Postponement
If MSNANO is required to postpone or cancel the conference due to force majeure or other exceptional circumstances, registered participants will have the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled conference or a future edition.
MSNANO is not responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation, visa, or any other personal expenses incurred by participants.
Conference Date and Venue
The organizers reserve the right to change the conference dates, venue, or format if required due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Photography, Video and Audio Recording Consent
By attending MSNANO, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the conference. These materials may be used by MSNANO for conference documentation, promotional activities, publications, websites, social media, and other event-related communications in both print and digital formats.
